Refurbished Triangles

Post by alfiembra »

I know they're not everyones cup of tea but I've always preferred the triangle style alloys.

Got mine refurbished at IPF Powdercoaters in Glenrothes and I'm really pleased with the results. I wanted to go darker than the original silver so went for anthracite. Got the centre caps painted as well they turned out a bit darker but I still like them.

Here's a few snaps

Some more here with a few before and afters

Let us know what you think, I thought I'd gone too dark when I first saw them but happy now I've seen them on the car.

I like them :thumleft:

The darker centers actually look good too.

The older guy that originally ran it has retired and a younger guy has taken over, his work is just as good :thumleft:

Apologies for hijacking your thread Alan

I'm just thinking of doing the same thing, I have a running car and a doner one and the doner have all 5 of the triangle style alloys with almost new tyres.

My running car is red also so this let me know what it would look like.

Thanks,
