all about the authentic one for me m8. i prefer the colour aswell. purple doesnt do it for me unfortunately. there both stunning cars in their own right tho. but the TRD is defo the daddy..... :mrgreen: :clap:

oh, and its TRD no.1!!!! bit of MR2 heritage right there. its a truly special car. And im glad its gone to a dedicated and tasteful enthusiast who is restoring to the higest standards rather than butchering it! :wink:

Got to be the TURD Mick.... because its purple and it looks spot on, like it left the factory like it :thumleft:

I think the TRD kit looks like its been made out of MDF. Horrible thing to do to a nice looking car.

I like them both having seen them both up close, its a tough call, however i'd prefer a turbo lump in TRD1.

Were all TRD's N/A or did some get the turbo lump from the factory?
I know thats how TRD intended the cars to be but i think the potential for further power hikes needs to be there, using the turbo lump obviously provides the platform for that. :thumleft:

difficult choice trd1 is genuine but not the best colour, where as turd is in the right colour but not genuine ,do you have to make a choice if so keep trd1 & spray it zircon blue 8j2 (lol) seen one in this colour & it looks awsome
