i have 8 games and none of them are two player as such, apart from halo but it's hard to set up

if resident evil 5 is a two player split screen then that will do for now but i am still open to other suggestions as it's good to have a few two player games for obvious reasons

Being serious, the only games I've seen on PS3 that are genuinely two-player are things like Guitar Hero or Singstar. I think they've just realised that two people sharing a screen, with modern expectations of realism and visuals, is simply not feasible.

I think Flow might be two player.

All of the Call Of Duty games are multi player. (5 in total so far although not sure they're all available on PS3?)

F.E.A.R & F.E.A.R 2 are multi player.

I believe Kill Zone might be?

I would think the Ghost Recon games are all multiplayer.

Army of Two is actually designed to be 2 player primarily.

LOADS of them are, websites like Play should all state if they have multi player functionality and boxes all clearly state it on the back of you look.

And that's just shooting games.

Add driving games, football games, fighting games etc. There are probably substantially more multiplayer enabled games than single player only games.

The only 2 off the top of my head that are purely single player games I can think of are Bioshock and Dead Space tbh.

Richard, all games are different. With xbox games it normally means signing in on the guest or another profile.

Nono, I mean visually. So if you had, say, 2 player GTA - would people have two individuals effectively bound to the same scene? Or does the screen split?

I try to imagine a game like Fallout as 2 player and I just can't, not without two screens.

I think you're over complicating things. You can't really have 2 players on 1 screen on one console and tv as you'd both have to be in the same place in the game at all times. My mate has a 50" tv and tbh, the view on 2 player is better than most small tv's on single player.

I've not played Fallout 3 yet, but my best guess is that it's so focussed on the 1 player story aspect there is no room left for multi player.

get "the club" i cant remember if its player or not BUT the missions are short enough to take it in turns plus its one heck of a fun game to play!! its repetitive but never seems to get old

Upto 4 players on and offline, Very funny either way watching peeps trying to be cocky and completely ar$e it up taking out there own players (myself included from time to time)
