Server Downtime : Thursday 16th April, 9pm - 4am Friday 17th

Just had this from our Webhosts - they're moving the IMOC server to a new datacentre overnight, and for the period the IMOC site will be offline and unavailable.

As part of our ongoing aim of providing customers with better levels of service and support we are migrating your server to our new and updated Hosting centre on Thursday April 16th.

This move will happen between 9pm and 4am on the evening of the 16th April and we anticipate no more than 3 hours downtime. This time cannot be changed or amended as we are having to do one RACK at a time and have many factors to contend with when doing this.

The main advantage of moving to this new Datacentre will be:

1. All Racks have APC Power Bars enabling us and yourself to reboot directly from the power bar
2. All Racks have Gigabit smart switches
3. All Racks have serial console access enabling us to provide better and faster support
4. The new Datacentre has a Gigabit Internet Link

We apologise for any inconvenience this scheduled move may cause but we know it will give you a better level of service in the long run.
