Larry, check out this thread as well.
There is a couple more ways on how to get hold of EMS if you have not tried already.

If you post a pic of the pumps I might be able to help. Jaguar XKR's etc use bosch pumps. Got plenty of old looms kicking around. If can match the connectors I'll chop them off for you :thumleft:

thanks for the offer chris ill pm you pic of pump connector .

the pumps are meant to be supplied with the clips and EMS POWER admited this and placed my order on hold awaiting parts.

for an affiliate on here to have such a negative response to a buyer and member of imoc is shocking and would advise caution to fellow members when ordering parts from them .

even this post has not created a reaction from them .

What do the terminals look like? If your carefull you can usually solder wires straight onto the terminals then heatshrink over them.

totally agree murf you can adapt them but these are brand new units and parts are missing and cost $100 each so not a cheap item .
plus if i start to adapt them ill no doubt null any warrenty if they fail to work .

Hi guys. I was just pointed to this thread by one of the moderators.

Larry,
Can you PM me your last name or order number and I'll get right on it. Not sure what happened to the emails or where you were sending them, but I don't see any in either of the 3 inboxes regarding this. May have gotten lost in the spam filter? Not sure really. I just checked and I do see the PM that you had sent me on March 3rd, I apologize for that, I must have overlooked it.

Get that info over to me and we'll get the connectors out for you right away.

As far as the connectors go. Our last 2 shipments from Bosch have NOT had the connectors included with any of the pumps. It looks like they've stopped including the connectors for some reason. We found out after we had already shipped 20 or so pumps out to customers and had to quickly source the connectors from elsewhere.
