I regularly exceed 100% of my Inbox usage and until 10 minutes ago my Sentbox was at 154%. Do these limits actually mean anything? They don't appear to have any detrimental effect on my use of the PM system...PM Limits: Do they do anything?

This has been bugging me for a while. I regularly exceed 100% of my Inbox usage and until 10 minutes ago my Sentbox was at 154%. Do these limits actually mean anything? They don't appear to have any detrimental effect on my use of the PM system...
