i have recently purchased my 2nd mr2 (it is 18 years since my first one) and just thought i would say hi to everyone and let you no that i think this forum is great . hope to get down to the NEC and meet a few of you guys

Welcome to the forum. If you are interested, the local chapter of the MK1 Club holds monthly meets at the Wiggin Tree, Parbold Hill, so not a million miles from you. The next one is this Sunday around 12.30.

hi jon, i would have come down to parbold but i don,t get off the oil rig untill wednesday if you have any other meets during the 2 weeks from wednesday i would be interested though

The NW meets are the second sunday of the month so whenever this fits in with you feel free to pop along and say hi to some of your fellow members.

As j0nathan says, pop a long on Sunday at 12:30 if you can and say hi! I'll be there and hopefully a few others as well It's at the Wiggin Tree pub at the top of Parbold hill, just off junction 27 of the M6. You can't miss it!!
