I'd recommend CP yeah, Jp's have a rep for having a lot of slap when cold (my old ones did) but new CP's are virtually silent.
Just fitted then in Andy Jones' car as well.
Never heard a bad word said against them

ive been doing alot of reading up on pistons, and CP seem to be the ones to go for, a few forums say they are capable of taking more power than other forge items, true or not? i dont know :-k
I also read somewhere that je slap when cold but it makes you wonder if its down to the pistons or bad fitment.

i will be going CP :thumleft:

+1 for CP.

Even better when they're coated.. just shame to lose that lovely shine.

BTW, for the benefit of those more observant viewers...

Yes, the inlet cam is rusty...

Paul's head had already been removed, so we bolted on a scrap head so we could use the engine hooks to safely lower the engine asssembly....

Had a look round your car and block when I was last at Sbits. Aeromotive gauges on both pillars look sweet :thumleft:

Cheers m8,

the Aricraft gauges are only like $50 a gauge :D

the fronts can be removed too. I have some aluminium rings that are the same diameter at home.. so when the 2's back to blighty i will change the front facia... not the dials but the surround bit.. as its a bit black and plasticcy..

:D

just FYI, im monitoring oil pressure, oil temp, stoich, water temp's, intercooler temps, boost, egt and cant remember if thats it...?

but they all work SWEET :D
