Surely it would be best kept off the forum, and discussed with the company that installed the engine?

I had a loose exhaust bolt on my old Charade Turbo which rattled at 2000rpm.

Shat myself thinking it was the bottom end before noticing it.

Just odd that the same noise on the last engine was bottom end failure.
We shall see if its still there when I get it back.

Suprised no one has suggested a seized alternator.
Would explain alot of noises and lights on dash.
Had a good few in my time.

Coolant loss unfortunately will not be related to that.
But the knocking, squealing and dash oights could be.
