Would anyone like to build a Cobra replica? I would - and know many others would too. I've been building kit cars for around 11 years now and to be honest - many kit builders drool over the Cobra's and laugh at the MR2 based Ferrari replica's.

You might not like what they say about mk2 MR2's either!! :D:D:D

Each to their own i guess!!

Agreed- I think he's attempting to drive down the image of replicas in an attempt to get the prices down so he can buy one for himself....either that or a Murcielago replica :-$

I don't like the Ferrari replicas, but do like the mustang replica kit for the MK2. Have always been tempted with one, gettign a right hand drive American Muscle style car. Though I'd have to get onto Woodsport to get the biggest V8 shoehorned in as well.

agreed the mustang is hideous it looks less like the original than the 355 i would rather drive an unfinished 355 rep full of ferrari badges than 1 of them lol

I just wouldn't label it as a Mustang though. I'd leave it completely badgeless and enjoy a certain look with reliability and cheap parts :thumleft:

I might bid for that. My BBQ is all rusty, that'll do the job! Tip some charcoal in it and jobs a good'un.
