hi all had a great time the other evening and was good to meet you all. got back ok but developed a shocking misfire on the way to work the following morning the plugs i had put in the morning before setting off for the track were clearly not up to the job! all ok now though. there's a couple of nice photos of my car on the mr2 only site so thanks for that too i suspect i will be seeing you at a trackday somewhere soon need to go shopping for better brakes now!

Can highly recommend the Celica ST185 front brake conversion, excellent upgrade, no brake fade, even with the Skinthespin Stig at the wheel! lol

Couple of short vids :)

Firstly at the Old Hairpin, the car's capable of even making my driving look passable ;) http://www.struck-out.co.uk/OldHairpin.avi

Jo's impressed by something down at the Melbourne Hairpin too, probably that I actually managed to change into second gear instead of coasting round the whole thing trying to find a damn gear this lap... http://www.struck-out.co.uk/JoMelbourne.avi

Top driving down at the old hairpin, more speed through there makes a huge difference for running back up the hill.

Lol was a bit wet wasn't it... That river running across the Old Hairpin would have been interesting ;)

The BSBs from Oulton were soaked too, can't believe the number of people that came off their bikes.

Yep - was watching some guy bouncing across the grass at Deer Leap, thinking "I've been off there too"
