Ahem - I'd like to pull you up on that last one there Mr Tim. As was scientifically proven at the Cadwell trackday weekend Sherwood toning is naturally attracted to the barriers - and even if it isn't, it was you and lauren who managed to find them.

The rest of us are perfectly safe.. 8-[

Tim are you not going to be ready for the Mallory challenge round?
What's taking so long?

nope am not doing mallory, and probably not doing the next snetterton.

The problem is uni (decided I actually want to finish), ££, and I cant find a 4age block that hasnt worn the cylinders out of limits.

Tim, I have a very good spare engine in my shed. It came from Anna & Speedy's slug which was the quickest, most torqueiest 1a I had ever driven. I can't remember the milage, Some seals may need replacing as it's been stood for a year now.

I really don't want to give it away as I like having it about as a spare, but if Betty makes it through Angers next weekend without any problems, and if it means you can get racing again, you can have it.

Naturally I can't garantee anything, it's longevity or even if it will run alltogether, but it was tip top when we removed it from the Slug.

All I would ask if if Betty had "issues" in future, you may be able to either return the favour with parts or bearding

G - Very generous offer to crash over, it's much appreciated. I think I'll have a passenger and I really need to get back home the same night and drop off my passenger so thanks for the offer but I can't take you up on it.

Certainly up for curryage though (c:

Noise limit is 98db drive by, they are pretty good and give you a couple of chances to get it sorted, so if you can get your hands on a baffle as a back up that would be good.

Ive got a de-cat and have had no bother with either my HKS Super Drager (which was pretty quiet tbh) or the XS exhaust (which isnt), I guess there all pretty loud at 7000rpm!
