Fair enough. and my most sincere apologies - stupid me naturally assumed PayPal accounts were all the same, but obviously not.

You have a totally different PayPal account to me. I regularly withdraw funds same day as received regardless of whether gift or not.

Strange I don't have a 21 day restriction either. Perhaps it's something to do with history or verified status.

its primarily for new accounts and accounts that are not used very often however can also be used for accounts where there have been issues. - in my case it is that of being a seldom used account - just in case anyone was wondering.

Why are there still people telling us you haven't contacted them yet?

Are there so many you can't remember who you've taken money off and not bothered sending them anything in return?

I suggest anyone owed money immediately makes a PayPal claim if they are able to regardless of what arrangements may or may not have been made.

Ive yet to receive my wiring connector that was supposed to be posted last Friday but for the sake of £3 I can't be bothered with it all
