thanks mr earl, I only plan to pop on my square front plate, and maybe, not sure yet, source some aftermarket fogs or stock ones.

\:D/

Craig, nevermind :oldtongue:
I had to get some anyway.

You have done well my student 8) Wheels have grown on me

Explain to us more the characteristics of your turbo, would a stroker kit benifit you with less lag?

I still have the batmobile though :oldtongue:

maybe, i dont know alot about these things...lol

but the lag from this turbo is not much different to any large sized turbo for these cars afaik, lol..
long as you use the rev range, there is no real lag at all...

but it does make it enjoyable when you put your foot down at 3k and not much happens, and then when you hit 4-5k rpm or something, all hell breaks loose, and the screamer pipe comes on song, scares passengers and even myself sometimes.
great feeling.

cant imagine what 400-500+hp mr2s are like!

nice pics,

your oil cooler relocation kit is all phoenix power, but they adopt use of the grex/trust adapter.

ccr are endless pads also, good for street use.

by the time i get to drive my car again the bbs lips will be corroded!

they are a pain to keep salt free

bit more of an update....

been told by mr lockey that the large downpipe, is actually a huge Phoenix Power sports CAT welded into the Apexi turbo downpipe! (can flow 600hp aparently)

so hopefully this will sort me out come MOT time!
awsome find that was! :thumleft: :thumleft:

found endless brake lines
uprated gear link bushes

the apexi EL1 oil temp gauge, takes its reading from a sump plug/sensor combo!
so the sump plug im using has a built in temp sensor....nice bit of kit!
never seen these before.

the secondary catchcan is a second PCV system, taken directly from the sump...
so a line and adpater have been tapped/welded into the sump and run to this second can.
supposed to help the car rev quicker...venting this sump end gases.

i have since fitted 2 breather filters, one on the end of this second can, and one on the end of the stock OEM catchcan...(and blocked off the 2 pipes leading to the intake pipe)
so hopefully a nice clean intake/turbo/IC!

ALSO
had a few tweaks done on sunday on the road with Ryan and the power fc.
While we was there I asked for a tad more boost

We turned it up from 1.2bar to 1.4bar.

Car was awsome before, but the extra boost has made it even more insane on boost.

Had to do most of this in the rain, LOL, but the car felt planted even at this boost in the rain.

Ryan recons should be approaching 370hp at this boost!! (dynoed earlier in the year at 341hp at 1.15bar)
Woohoo.

thanks to Ryan!

Water/meth injection I think is on the cards in spring and get close to 400!
