I am due to lower my car soon.....anyone know what are the best springs to go with? :?:

You've got a bit of choice... have you tried using the search function?
Anyway, Eibachs lower v little but apparently give a comfortable ride still. At the other end of the scale Teins lower the most 37/38mm (f/R) but offer a let's say firm ride (v firm!). There are lots in between. Horses for courses really but you also want to consider your struts and try to get something matched to them. If your on old struts then you lower you may find they wont last very long...

Will hopefully be getting new struts all round at the same time as replacing springs :D
