It's a royal pain in the ar$e tbh.

The bolts which attach the hinge to the body are tapered so you can't really go wrong with them unless both hinges are on the way out.

I've done it by closing the door, then loosening the bolts that attach the hinge to the door, realigning the door and then nipping the bolts up

- the problem with that approach is that you can't align the door with the wing because the wing's off the car

That said, mine does rub on the sill trim just on that one bulge on the bottom of the door.
