As seen on Ebay, is this for the mk1 ? never seen one before :-k or do you think it was used on some other car, i'd be interested to know, cheers, Jinx

Looks a bit DIY in my opinion. Good concept though :thumleft:

That very One has been one ebay before tony infact im sure its the same guy the description is the same I was bidding on this lat time around and I was out bid so I dont know why or how its back on again :-k

Thants what i was thinking Stu :thumleft: , it looks like it was meant to be fitted to the inside of a wheel though, so dont think its been hashed together.
Chris, its the first time ive seen it mate, its a shame you didnt win it,i could have taken a closer look at it......... i feel a Jinxy idea coming on :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Looks good Jinxy and the best thing is you would be able to boil up a nice stew and dumplings at JAE next year :D :thumleft:

looks like some sort of cooking pot with dividers welded in
deffinately not a genuine part

ive seen something like this before. When ive been skipping through eBay USA, i think i remember seeing a couple of '2s on there with this in.

Just get an old fashioned lamp shade and make a cardboard bottom.

Fairly tacky if you ask me lol

I've seen a few of these on ebay in the last few months

sometimes the same seller is selling a space saver wheel like that and so I assumed the two go together, but from that description it sounds like it fits the original spare tyre/wheel
Unless I'm very much mistaken...

looks like something that would be designed for kit cars, hence the lock...

Stops your spare getting nicked too. Not such a bad little gadget if you do shows etc. Just needs to be a bit tidier.
