whats's the correct coolant for mr2

Ive been told to use the toyota coolant for my mk1 mr2

Is the Toyota Red long life stuff the right one?

Yes, strictly speaking you should use the Toyota Forlife which is red in colour. I find it expensive so I use the red Halfords coolant. I've been using this for a while, with no problems and it is about half the price.

I went to mr T to buy some. They could only sell it to me in 1l bottles.

I needed 12l. Guy told me to GTFO and buy some normal coolant (lol)

Any ethylene glycol based coolant mixed with water will be fine.

Toyota Red or Green
if you currently have red than use red do not mix!!!!!
also been told to use distilled water
