Where do you get the gear shift bearing sets from.

i got those a good mod for the money and doddle to fit ignore taking the wheel off though its not worth it, easy enough space to do the bearings with it left on :thumleft: :thumleft: :thumleft:

i really could not understand why the wheel had to come off i only really use instructions as a guide anyway and do things my own way, i had the short shift kit i bought at the same time go very well together thay do :thumleft: :thumleft: :thumleft:

Bearing Kit + Short Shift = Very smooth and fast gear changing \:D/

You should be able to change them by reaching into the engine bay thats how I did it

my back wouldnt take it im no good at leaning over i just drove mine onto ramps slid the pins out pushed dodgy plastic bearings out, rubbed inside with fine sandpaper bit of grease and eased new bearings in which are a tight fit and have to go in totally square otherwise thay dont budge, total fitting time 20 mins took me more time getting ramps from out of shed and putting car on ramps than fitting :thumleft: :thumleft: :thumleft:

twos r us web site have sold out has anybody got the size of the bearings

they are just skate board wheel bearings :)

are they really the same size as skateboard wheel bearings?

80s style wheel bearings when the wheels were bigger than they are now, still think they are the same..
