Or maybe the people you believe to have "failed" saw the earlier reply that toxo has posted and didn't see the need to duplicate the answer?

Hey Robbie,

The main reason for this is it requires a fair amount of time to process a cheque and doing a run to the bank, waiting for it to clear, then manually upgrading the users account for 1 years membership seems a bit of a PITA.

Could you do an internet transfer?

I have to admit I have not been looking at the board until recently, when I noticed that I was being welcomed as an ordinary member when I logged on. Now I knew that the subscription had gone from my Paypal account on 21st July to you guys BUT it was set at £5, which I assume you have happily kept in your Bank Account.
If you are increasing the amount might I humbly suggest that you communicate this fact in another way than just via the board?
Having received my £5, why did you not communicate that it wasn't enough?

There is an ongoing problem with paypal and auto renewals. There is quite a lot about it around the club announcements section. As some people appear to be fine and others not, the only way they can know about it is if people tell them.

As Toni said this is an ongoing problem, some people have continued as Premium members paying the old subscription rate whilst others (the majority unfortunately) have needed 'adjustment'.

If you PM me your Paypal details I can either refund your subscription & leave it up to you to renew at the new rate or I can renew your Prem Membership manually (I've recently been given the powaz  ).

I'm not best pleased with the situation. As we promised that the members who paid £5 could remain at that rate and we have not been able deliver that for the majority, due to the paypal link issues. :(

Well my premium membership expired today but has not been renewed. I had an email from paypal saying they had received the payment for my subsrcription however.
What do I need to do now?

If you have seen the money go out of your Paypal account and your group has reverted to standard on IMOC then PM limey or me with the transaction id or your paypal email address and we'll refund it.
