Problem with the tunnel is that the train is on 2 levels, and you can't book to be on the lower one. So, it's a gamble...

Your car is beaut Ghost.

The mk3 by comparison just looks so.....lazy.

Like a fag packet with a canvas roof. Wheels look tiny and the side vents just look so contrived.

I do like the MK3 from some angles and admittedly the face lift did it the world of good...

You talking about mine or G-mans?

My second MR2 was yellow (RIP). Still miss her. Has to be one of the rarest colours in a MK2. Be proud!

And the wheels are great. Suits it.

O Sh*t!!!!! Thats not good!!!! Mmmmmm mybe i could go on the euro star??? Or do you think they will lift me onto the ferry

Take something you can ease the gradiant of the bump with like different thicknesses of wood (have to take em out the car once you get to the ring though lol).

Put the wood in front of the bump doesn't make it so harsh:

Usual bump: ______O_______

Bump with bit of wood: _________oO___________

Hope you get what I mean... 8-[

You'll have trouble

A group of us went at the beginning of July and we were all driving on and off at funny angles to stop scraping.. I think the worst we had out of the 10 or so of us was about 3 or 4 inches of clearance...

Meh... you're not really *that* attached to that bumper though really are you?

.. neither will your car be

Just attack it at an angle really really slow

The ferry people were quite good when we went on and were 'bumper spotting' for us

But I think we probably annoyed a few people behind us having 10 or so if us crawling over this little slope
