[Mk2] [Generic] Racing Hart C4's - feelers are out

Post by matt_bakermk1 »

Hi all,

My beloved Racing Hart C4's will be up for sale shortly.

They were posted up elsewhere, but a lack of interest at that time from serious prospects made me rethink whether I wanted to sell up or not.

Basically - no car = wheels sat idle = waste of great alloys.

BUT... what if I get another 2... I'd be gutted if I sold them!

I'm yet to decide if I will get another 2, I still have a vague hope I might see my old one again if everything comes together (long story, don't ask).

Annnnywaaaayyyyyy

IF I do decide to sell them, is there anyone here that might be interested. Since I'm not massively desperate to sell up, the price I originally offered elsewhere will not be repeated. I checked back on my sales invoice from Envy, and then my tyres, and I'd undervalued them given the cost to replace to new. They will be over £1000 for the full set so it's a serious outlay.

These wheels have only been used on the car for about 2 months, and they are immaculate - as new. Never used in the wet. Kept obsessively clean. I appreciate that they aren't new, so the price I will offer will still be a considerable saving over buying and importing as new, just appreciate that this level of quality isn't cheap!

17's front, 18's rear. Goodyear Eagle F1 rubber. Staggered widths.

If there's any interest, I'll post up an advert soon with full specs, pics and price details. In the meantime, just give me an indication if there's a potential market here!

It help guide my thoughts on keep vs sale.

Should say I'm about 80:20 sell vs. keep. (as you can probably tell from the above)

Cheers all,

Matt.

Mods - if this is innapropriate for the section I've posted in, my apologies. Please delete, and I'll just make my decision and post (or not) a for sale ad in the right area.
