[Mk2] [Generic] Bootlid
Thinking of going with a spoilerless bootlid anyone else done the same thing?...if so how did you go about filling the holes...?

i would imagine they would of had the holes welded up mate
had the spoiler off mine a little while back to clean it and does look good without it

Easiest way it to weld small plates behind all the holes that are accessable, and then build up the weld on the other aide and grind it back smoooooth

Or get yourself the bootlid from a early MK2 with the 3S-FE engine, which had no spoiler. Pretty sure that's what Rob Shipp has.

If you have a Mk2 Rev1 or 2, you still have the holes in the wing tops to see to.
Spray finishing then becomes a more major job, too.Also, the aerial fit becomes a problem
- Probably have to change it to a Rev3 + item.
