Don't forget with the cost of V-power/super UL etc at the moment you are getting less for your £20 to start with ](*,)

Mines not standard, about 260-270bhp ish but still shouldnt be drinking like that. I was chatting 2 a bloke the other night whos got a 300+fwhp rev2 and he said he can get 400 2 a tank. I was shocked 2 say the least. He says its down 2 his aftermarket ecu. It must be some sort of mpg record!! :-k

that works out at over 80 miles to a tenner, don't always beleive what people say... :-k

and that estimate is taken from when petrol was 95p a litre...

I'd expect a bit more from £20 really, I usually get about 100 miles with normal driving (boosting on fast, open roads).

I'm not convinced at all that a turbo could ever get 400 miles to a tank even with a really good ECU. Maybe a shade over 300 miles if driven conservatively.

I (recently!) done approx 350 miles for 48 litres (done a tank to tank check so it's pretty accurate) trip. 300 miles were on motorways (not hanging about but certainly not 100+) the rest were local running about trips.

This is on a mostly standard rev3 though, so it's not a direct comparisson!!

Nb I've quoted litres as it takes the (horrific) cost of fuel out of the equation.

I've just ticked 100 miles for half a tank

Downpipe, nur, standard boost, rev3. Mostly 10-15 mile trips from cold start and bit of a heavy right foot on the open road

That about right? 8-[ 8-[

it all depends how you drive people lol

your never gonna get amazing MPGs from a turbo car.

most i have ever had from mine was a shade over 300 miles to a full tank. That was on a long motorway run sat at 70.

day to day your never gonna return a decent mpg, not it ifs round town.

i find with a mix of driving to £20 i get about 80 to 90 miles.

400 to a tank seems abit high maybe with a taller final drive you might be lucky to hit near 400 miles to a tank but my REv1 gets around 220 to a full tank with a heavy right foot and town and motorway at reasonable speeds i've managed around 270 - 280 miles to a full tank!!!!!!!

Hope this helps also mine has got most bolt on mods :)
