[Mk2] [Generic] coilovers + anti-roll bar links (droplinks)

Post by teccyjim »

Fitted my coilovers back on to the tubby today. when i removed them im pretty certain they had the longer front droplinks on the front (where they should be!) and the shorter ones on the rear. i threw the old droplinks away when i took them off, they were all worn to death!

however, having refitted the coilovers with brand new droplinks, the anti roll bar fouls the lower arm. so, do i need shorter droplinks for the front or a different anti roll bar?

if i fit shorter antiroll bar links can i just use another set of rears on the front or do i need something more specialised? will this put too much strain on the anti-roll bar?

Any help appreciated,
Jim
