'Electrical' sorry mods if this is the case. I've got a bizarre problem with the lights on my dash. When the CD unit is powered then the right hand side of all my dials light up. When I turn my lights on these go off and the left hand side of my dials light up 
In short I never get all bulbs on all dials on my dash to light up
