MIST??

on the wiper control arm of a mk2 uk model, it has the word MIST on it. anyone know what that means?

It's just the wiper, the 'int' being variable speed

Also, your car is a rev2, not a rev3

Don't mean to be pedantic but its actually a revision 1, however I think Baker means he has Rev 2/3 15" wheels!

Anyway, the MIST thing is probably one of those things that's lost in translation, RAIN might've been a better word for Toyota to put

The 'MIST' actually refers to the 'flick' action of the wiper.
It's the same on the wifes Mazda

And it's nowt to do with the Japanese either. It's just when there's something like MIST in the air that you don't need the wipers frequently
