MIST??

MIST??

on the wiper control arm of a mk2 uk model, it has the word MIST on it. anyone know what that means?

It's just the wiper, the 'int' being variable speed :)

Don't mean to be pedantic but its actually a revision 1, however I think Baker means he has Rev 2/3 15" wheels! :wink:

You're right biscuits, I should've looked at the year, it's rev1 :)

Anyway, the MIST thing is probably one of those things that's lost in translation, RAIN might've been a better word for Toyota to put :)

I totally agree, how often do you remove mist from your screen with the wipers!?!? :lol:

The 'MIST' actually refers to the 'flick' action of the wiper.
It's the same on the wifes Mazda :)
And it's nowt to do with the Japanese either. It's just when there's something like MIST in the air that you don't need the wipers frequently :)

Can you tell I'm bored? :D
