[Mk2] [Turbo] What boost to run????

Hey all spec of the car so far:

Mr2 rev3 turbo (63k miles)

Mongoose exhaust,
stainless decat,
xs power intercooler kit
apexi induction kit,
hks ssqv dump valve,
apexi avcr boost controller
Uprated spark plugs

Im currently running 1.0 bar, but want more power. My next thing im going to buy is apexi power fc commander, but for the time being what sort of boost would you say is safe to run?

What sort of fwhp figure would you think the cars making at 1.0bar boost

What rev do you have? Would be useful if you could add it to your info

Leeroy you need some rest he just stated he has a Rev3 about 1.2 is possible but would'nt recommend it 1 bar shoul see you good for now

People run 1.0-1.3 bar depending how much they want to risk killing their engine / turbo / both.

Nothing is safe! I'd personally also stick with 1.0 bar on a ct20b (as a daily driver) but that's me.

I think it depends on your car. I had a rev2 with a CT20b that ran very safely at 1.15 bar, but I also had a ST185 charge cooler. I guess if you can keep then temps down & the fueling right then as previously said a rev3 should be able to run 1.2 or 1.3 bar, set up correctly.

i just have an upgraded i/c and run 15psi with agood gauge. rev 3 everyday use.
