Im taking all the supporting bits and bobs/fuse box covers and intercooler pipes etc in the engine bay out this weekend to paint up too...

The only polished items will be the cam cover and the turbo to intercooler hot pipe and have started polishing up the cam cover and it actually comes up like a mirror!

Got some funky trick red/blue anodised bolts to replace all the non critical ones on their way too :D

What do you guys think? I was going to go for gold/chrome but i actually quite like the blue!

Looks cool but a bit over the top to be totally honest... stainless steel looks better imho, more integrated. That said, it certainly looks different!

 Indeed.
The blue is going, I'm painting all the engine bay bits and bobs white, and going for a slightly unusual look with gold/red bolts etc, hoping it'll all look spot on when its finished! I do like st steel bolts but couldnt find any that had a good enough finish to them :(

Chers Harry :thumleft: Its taking me forever as im working in the dark lol but having a push and hope to get her finished this weekend! :D

Harry, the wheel is amazing! "forces" you to sit and drive with slightly different posture, so much better! You'll have to take her out for a spin and see what i mean 8)

Thats looking amazing matt!! i'v alwayse been a fan of the blue theme... A Samco Ancillaries kit would really do a LOT of justice in there tho!!

What color paint have you used on the TB intake? is it an annodized style paint??

Looking great mate, just hurry up and finish so you can do mine too

Is that an ancilliary kit there or just lengths of silicon hosing? If the latter, what was in the Samco box?
