Careful guys.... I bought a TRD spoiler from Replikit about 6 months ago. Went to get it sprayed and fitted last week and the reputable body shop described it as 'a piece of xxxx'
the main blade was 1 1/2 inches too long and the whole thing was REALLY rough and needed tons of prepping. Plus the screws that hold the legs in were rusty! on a brand new item. My emails asking for more screws was ignored completely.
Nothing like the rev 5 spoiler I bought from GTS Chris a while back - that was all smooth. prepped and it actually fitted the car!
When I called Replikit to tell them about the fit, the guy I spoke to said that they get no complaints, that all of their parts fit and that my bodyshop place must be to blame.
At the end of the conversation he admitted that sometimes the parts are too long!! and no I didn't get a refund - I bought it off their ebay account which they have now changed. (I wonder why) A typical 'no longer a registered user'
So buy at your own risk.
Neodesign has been excellent too by the way, I haven't bought anything from them but they are sooooo helpful and friendly. Communication 10/10

Any update monkeyra, I really want one of these for mine...
Re: MK2 EXIGE STYLE ENGINE BAY COVER £270 INC DELIVERY!
I'm going to get it sprayed in the bodyshop in the next few weeks hopefully.
A kind neighbour of mine decided to drive into my car recently, so i'm just waiting for her to cough up the money to get it fixed (new wing), and then i'll get that sprayed at the same time.

hi, not noticed this had been replied to. was it Chris at Replikit you spoke to? funny how the price has gone down so much! he told me £270 was the best price he could do! if he's selling them for £150 now though i'd expect a group buy to get them down to £120 atleast. someone feel free to take over this group buy though as i've sold my mr2 today i probably wont be coming on the site much more

that IS Replikit
Re: MK2 EXIGE STYLE ENGINE BAY COVER £270 INC DELIVERY!
Replikit are known for working with some serious margin as their production costs are, lets say, kept to a minimum.

Anyone know how these fit/attach? Are they on a hinge so the lid can be lifted or does it come off totally??

Re: MK2 EXIGE STYLE ENGINE BAY COVER £270 INC DELIVERY!
They come with mounting brackets that fix to existing mounting point on your car.
The engine cover and the two long cover strips either side are removed.
To gain access to your engine bay once this is fitted you then have to unscrew 6 bolts... bit of a PITA, but only really if you want to access your engine reguarly.
