Are there ever any meets down here in Cornwall or Devon?

That would be ideal! I often go up to plym since my mrs's and my mates are up there. Use to live there for about 4 years till moving down to Cornwall. I am planning on moving back up there soon since a bit far to go for everything!

As i am a MR2 MK1 Club Member i have attended a show at Mount Edgecumbe near torpoint for the last two years.

Have not heard of any further down into Cornwall although i am sure there are car shows and events that happen just do not hear about them.

Only found out about the American Vintage and Classic car show at Mount Edgecumbe through seeing it mentioned in a local free paper even through it has been going for ten years and i have lived in Plymouth for twenty.

Yeah I have heard of there, is it kind of an island you get a boat out to from Plymouth with a mansion and gardens and stuff there? Been there before, really nice and relaxing.

Yes that is right you can also drive there by going over on the torpoint ferry (Chewed my spoiler when i used the ferry) or the long way round by the windy ridge cafe head towards looe about half an hour.

There are four of us looking at sorting something out soon three MK2s and my MK1

i drive a black mk2 rev1 tbar its covered in mr2oc stickers its been all over devon and cornwall this last fortnight!
