[Mk2] [Turbo] MOT advisory notice

My Dad took my 2 for its MOT today....He had the normal crap with the emissions etc ....She passed but was given an advisory...

"Offside front shock absorber has a slightly worn linkage"


I am assuming that means the top mount is on its way out.


Any other opinions??

Drop link? Its attached to the shock absorber and is a linkage??

I put new Sbits droplinks and OEM ball joints on both sides a year ago in an attempt to rectify a small knock
