[Mk2] [Turbo] what spark plugs

i know there are a couple of 500+bhp motors on here, what spark plugs do you run normaly? which plugs have you found too be the best? i seem to have trouble with the electrode destorting with mine!

I run BKR-8EIX on my 510WHP motor with absolutely no problems.
