HKS dump valve?

I was still at work, and heard a familar sound of a tubby with what sounds like a HKS dumpvalve.

6.30 this evening...

Not sure, but it might have been him thinking about it, i'm sure i've spotted him around here before.... he works on Slough Estate I think?
