power steering light on...must fix b4 friday any ideas

car failed mot only on hand brake low and rear tyres ......so semi happy, got new tyres and fixed handbrake.

used the car everyday since witth no probs until i drive down to mot centre for the re-test and i noticed my power steerong dashlight on, (p/s) first time ive ever seen it stay on!

ive checked resevior and it seems fine, even topped it up but the light doesnt go out after re-start!

so since the car passed mot with no sterring probs does anybody have any ideas>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Is it working?

Try turning the ignition on, off, about 20 times fast. Then start the car. Might just be a stuch relay

yep tried that thanks

but ive narrowed down to fault no.11 on the fault code.

booked in at rogue systems for work so will get it done with them.
