My new pride and joy

Post by LukeQuake »

Picked this little beauty up today!

Work done:-

New JDG Arches (inside and out)
New Front wings
New callipers, shocks, disks, tyres, wheels, break servo, break pipes all around, radiator.
Stainless steel exhaust
Full re-spray
Plus more….

Let me know what you think!

Also, if there are any AW11 owners in the Norwich area then please get into contact ([email protected]).

Welcome to the forum Luke 8)

Very nice looking car you have there 8)

There are quite a few members up in Norwich - lots of them very knowlegeable.

Complete your profile and add your location so others in future can possible offer personal assistance (ooeerr missus...) if needed.

great looking car,luke,congratulations!

are you going to put the black stripes and decals on---looks a bit bare otherwise.
i like the alloys, worth having these refurbed ,i don't think tsw do these anymore with the 'centre lock' appearance.

don't like the square front numberplate, but love the 80's white!

well done!!

The paintwork is faultless, im not going to be changing any of it :)

As for the wheels, I will get them sorted but want to get the car undersealed first.

luke, i did not mean change the paint ,i was referring to the original triple black coachline that goes all around the car---look at other pics of mk1's and you'll see what i mean.

I've seen the car in the flesh and it really is spotless... I couldn't find a fault with it anywhere.... and believe me I tried!

You just need to actually start driving it Luke rather than just polishing it

Looks nice, not really a fan of white Mr2's. needs the coachlines tho, looks kinda naked without them

Yup there's a few of us in Norwich.

We usually meet up on the first Sunday of the month in the Pets at Home car park on Hall Road then go for a drive somewhere.

Details of this months meet at the link below:

http://www.imoc.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=46776

The meets are a bit mk2 dominated atm but me and the GF (vix) are working on building up an army of mk1 owners to put them in their place!!

Hope to see you there.
