out of interest - what the hell does that type of power feel like in a 2??!! =P~ =P~ =P~ =P~ =P~

Well don't push the boost to far until you have some nice forgies in there :)

Imagine what michael J fox felt like in the delorean. multiply that feeling by 5 and you'll get the picture

a REAL 350bhp is absolutely astonishing through twisty back roads. To be honest, as the power increases I usually feel like i'm holding it back. It takes alot of practice to extract the best out of a 350bhp+ MR2 Turbo!.

Obviously WOT on the motorway doesn't count :)

Well i reckon you're no more than 15bhp up on me so we'll see if you can use it or not at santa pod.

And make the most of your little lead, it won't be lasting long.

Is this a td06 20g?Lower figures than i would have thought?

Yep its the 20g. I think the figures are about right tbh. With stock cams (well rev 3 inlet cam) there is going to be a limit to the amount of air you can get into the engine. With a decent set of cams i could probably get another 20bhp, but thats something i'll look into at a later date.

What makes you say it's low?

20g compressor rated at 450bhp and the td06 housing is plenty big enough.Should produce 400+ easily are you sure it's not a td05 20g?

Congrats Dean =D>

I made 335 @ the hubs whilst running the Radtech core, this was at 1.3bar so shudder to think what might have been with 1.7bar :-k =P~ :?

Its definately a td06. as I said mate it's more than likely down to the stock cams i'm using. Intake temps are 35 degrees constant, injectors are at 70%, 345 at the hubs is near enough to 400 @ the fly so i'm happy the engine is performing as it should
