Can anyone give advice on how to remove an air circulating dump valve and what original part I would need to put it back to stock?

Looking at my setup, I think there is just one missing piece which is this which is a rev 3 engine that I think is stock.

Anyone know what part this is?
On mine, its gone and a pipe goes from there over to the dump baileys dump valve.
This is what mine looks like:

The blue cable goes over to this bit:

So I assume I can just remove it and put a pipe straight through where the dump valve was, then pipe in that missing piece I mentioned
Any help appreciated

Is that a vacuum to the connect to the vacuum transmitting cable? I was thinking I could use the blue hose that currently goes the baileys dump valve would that be suitable?
