Hi just had my head skimmed on my supercharger with 3 thou taken off and I am planning to fit a new Toyota gasket. Is that OK or should I fit a thicker gasket?

Skim will affect your compression. So you need to work out what it is now from the head skim.

I would say 3 thou is not going to make a big difference so just use a stock head gasket.
