Problem is the car wont boost, nothing! no turbo spool not a thing!
Started when i was at full boost and i heard a different sound than normal and lost all boost
(sound like a pop) but not from the exhaust.after that the car ran fine rev'd all the way and drove no problem just wouldnt boost! the exhaust note sounds like it has changed how ever or this could just be me thinking it has.
Things iv check:
All boost pipes
all vac lines
I have a good aftermarket boost gauge to read
I have removed the HKS boost controller and reverted to stock
(thought this might of failed) it didnt.removed the intake side and checked turbo play and it spins lovely
taken the actuator off and checked its movement and moved the waste gate by hand it moves.
also i dont have a cat installed i have a Blitz nur spec on the car.
Any help would be awesome or ideas!
