I'm not going to japfest this year due to work but I am going to japday. I'm hoping combe will organise the better than the usual last minute japfest ticket problems.

I've been on the phone and emailed them this morning as i have purchased tickets of one of the members that cannot make it, they have to email back to the original person however instead of me.

I'm going to keep onto them every day to make sure they don't muck it up !!

I've emailed them about mine, and asked about the club tickets in general as it's surely impractical for them to deal with 20+ queries when all they have to do is send out the tickets / passes like they've done for other clubs successfully.

I just got off the phone with them. Tickets should have been sent out via email, as Jay mentioned earlier. I also tried getting them to look into the whole club but they said they could only deal with us on a personal basis. So I'd definitely recommend everyone calling up with your order number to get it sorted.

Spoken to their events team on 01959541444 Option 2, option 4 and stated that nobody has received tickets. The lady I spoke to said she will get onto the organiser and resend the whole batch of tickets for our club stand.

Apparently tickets have been resent via email again if you haven't received it then call or email them. Note that you can only download it once so save them somewhere when you have.

Club entry is from 6:30am.
Public entry is from 9am.

Club entry is 6.30-8.30am. I'd say aim for 7.30am latest to get to the gate.

Can I just ask where the MR2's are stand wise?
