[Mk2] [NA] Cheap catalytic converters..

Hi all, quick query, my car is a '98 UK NA with a decat exhaust, and I've always had a "friendly" MOT guy that gets me through the emissions part. That guy is no longer prepared to do that (fair enough, apparently the government is cracking down on dodgy MOTers by demanding retests randomly), and having had a ring around, nobody else seems to be either. Question is, will a cheapy cat from eBay be enough to get it through an MOT? Something like:
