OK everyone, here's the plan. Nice and simple:

Meet point:
Tesco Extra Oakley Rd Corby
Oakley Rd
Corby, Northamptonshire NN18 8AL

Meet time:
7.30am

We will be leaving Tesco at 7.45am - if you are not there by that time, then please go straight to the venue and meet us there (or just do that if you prefer). I know it's an early start, but it's either that or long queues - I know which I prefer. The venue is only 3.5 miles from here.

All cars must be on the stands by 9am. There's usually a little flexibility on that, but if you rock up at 11am don't be surprised if they direct you to the public parking.

Where's the camping? Assuming it's pretty much at the circuit, I guess it's best to just meet you all at the stand?

Camping will be on site I think, so if you're camping go straight to the stand mate

I think I may well do that. It says entry from 1pm on the Saturday, I would be aiming to get there for around 1800hrs i guess. Bring a few beers, disposable BBQ....

I've only just thought to have a look for a thread on japfest2, had my tickets booked for ages but didn't realise the club had a stand haha. If there's any room or anyone drops out it would be great to get on but if not I'm looking forward to seeing some of your cars

I don't think mine would pass the noise tests, I don't have a helmet, and the bushes are quite worn! Would be fun though.

That's a good point actually. Mine probably wouldn't pass noise regs either. Anybody know the limit at Rockingham?

Varies. IIRC, Japfest 2 is a 105dB static, 98dB drive-by.

3. track time would be fun but a. i have no money left lol. b. the japspeed wont pass noise regs!!
