You'll need to deal with the extra stud on the turbine outlet flange.

Thanks!

What would you say are safe boost levels with a stock block using the CT20B? I have a AVCR installed.

Cheers

On a rev 1 turbo 14/15psi. You'll need a fuel cut defender if you havn't already.

If you are using a rev 3 turbo on a rev 1 or rev 2 block you will have to retain the oil and water feed pipe from the ct26, dont rip the old unit off and destroy those pipes! The ct26 also has a block to turbo support bkt, bolt that to the block but it may no longer bolt under the turbo. Also use a down-pipe clamp at the bottom of the block at the exhaust joint to prevent excessive loading on the manifold and prevent a down-pipe splitting especially with a 3" decat down-pipe or tube manifold.
