HI Andy,

What are the main deciding factors for you?

* Volume
* Looks
*Cost

Whats your budget?

Are you looking for a full exhaust, eg: b-pipe & backbox, [with or without cat] or just the backbox, [with or without cat]?

I would like to know what the prices are for a full system and also just back box,

will just a back box connect to the rest of my standard pipes?

cheers

Yup. You have your headers that come out of the engine block, that connect to your B-pipe, that usually connects to your CAT & then the backbox.

Some backboxes that don't have a CAT will extend the pipe to the b-pipe to replace it, others don't and you fit a seperate bit of pipe or a CAT between the two - this allows you to swap a CAT/through pipe in & out for your MOT/Track day or whatever. You will need to put new gaskets in but they're only a tenner a set.

Examples can be seen here [ignore the turbo stuff] www.mr2-ben.co.uk/categories/view/exhaust

I have a racing sports exhaust on mine and it sounds awesome when you put your foot down but nice and normal when driving nice lol. I can't find any information on it though which is a pain.
