from my research you'd have two issues with EDFC on BCs:

1) I don't believe the axel on the motor will reach far enough into the BCs to actually adjust the damping.

That would be a bit of an issue!
2) IIRC the BCs full range of adjustment is 3 1/2 turns, while the Teins is only 3 1/4.

Not a major problem, but you lose the very extremity of either hard or soft adjustment

(not sure which).

Also, BCs have 30 step adjustments while Teins have 16, which means these settings won't line up very well.

The click you feel is actually built into the shock, so for some settings the EDFC motors would be trying to hold the damper in the middle of the click, which wouldn't be ideal.

The thread on the BCs is the same as the wheel nuts

(ie.

M12x1.5), so a set of M12 motors would physically screw on.

I'm not sure they'll actually do anything though
