I'm thinking this is the vacuum storage tank, am I right?

I've gone and broke it, whatever it is, do I need to find a replacement?

Haha cheers Martin.

Will it affect the drivability? I'm new to MR2s, managed to break this almost immediately after owning it, I've bypassed it for now but not sure if I should be actively hunting a replacement as the car is running.

It's pretty much standard, exhaust, air filter, manual boost controller
