I have a rev1 with intercooler, turbo back exhaust, 1.0bar of boost and a few other bits and I am getting around 40c when it's up to temp, that's in stop start traffic.

With my rev2 at 1bar with an st205 charge cooler/fiat rad I get low 30's, even on hot days.

To be honest anything over 35c ain't ideal, but I'd be more concerned what your temps are like when you are on boost

Drops when I'm moving, I need a new I/c fan or maybe go for a charge cooler, got the core and pump off my mates gt4, just need pipe and a rad and a weekend to fit it.
