Wow, that is impressive! I would love to have that sort of skill.
There is a sad lack of decent Mk1 art about. I harbour dreams of commissioning Tim Layzell to do a picture of a Mk1 streaking down a country lane or Japanese street but given his subjects include Ferrari GTO's and the like I doubt he'd bother even if I won the lottery and could afford the commission fee!
This was done by a guy that I talk to on another car forum.£12 + £4 P&P.
He did it from a photo I sent to him and had him tweek the bits I wanted tweeking.

He did it from this picture. I asked him to zoom it in and remove the sun glare from the screen and indicator.
He got it spot on I reckon.
