Boost Issues

Post by timmy2take »

Had an Apexi AVCr fitted. It reads -250 with engine switched off and at aculator pressure it only makes 0.3KG but feels as if its pulling much stronger.

Setting 1 bar of boost on another setting with 30% duty it's only making 0.52KG but again feels as though it's pulling more.

Is my AVCr under reading with it being -250, should it be zero or thereabouts?

With the engine switched off I'd expect to see nothing, a blank display.

With the ignition on, and engine not running, you manifold pressure should be atmospheric pressure, i.e. 0.
